About Marci:
Managing Broker and Owner of Northside Realty Partners
With a strong foundation in construction and a lifelong passion for homes and design, Marci Saunders has built a career defined by expertise, integrity, and client‑centered service. A graduate of Ball State University, she holds a BS in Interior Design and a BA in Fine Arts with concentrations in Photography and Marketing.

After relocating to Atlanta, Marci launched her real estate career and has spent more than 20 years serving the North Atlanta community. Her background with a production builder, custom builder, and mortgage company gives her a uniquely comprehensive understanding of marketing, finance, negotiations, construction, and design—skills she brings to every client relationship. She is dedicated to delivering personalized, thoughtful guidance tailored to each client’s goals.

In addition to her real estate work, Marci partners with families navigating the complexities of senior living. She helps identify appropriate independent and assisted living and memory care options for their loved ones and provides trusted resources to support seniors and their families through the challenges that come with aging.

Outside of her professional roles, Marci is a wife and proud mom of two college boys—one an Auburn Tiger and the other a University of South Carolina Gamecock. While she previously spent many years deeply involved in her children’s schools through PTA leadership and two elected terms on the School Governance Council, her volunteer work now focuses on aging‑related advocacy. She is an active volunteer with the Georgia Council on Aging and a member of the Johns Creek Council on Aging Well, where she supports initiatives that strengthen resources and quality of life for older adults in her community. Marci also remains an engaged member of the 400 North Board of Realtors.
